Carlos Pedro VazPresident & FounderCarlos’ passion, discipline and creativity coupled with his extensive real estate experience have yielded a portfolio of over 1400 units his first year in the multifamily business. Carlos’ Real Estate background includes working for the Real Estate law firm of Donahue & Grolman, managing single family home construction for a luxury residential developer and providing credit as a loan officer. Carlos has successfully completed over 30 single family home bank acquisition, rehab and sale “flips”. Carlos is responsible for acquisitions / dispositions, providing management oversight over rehab/reposition projects and business development. Carlos is a member of Entrepreneur’s Organization, Dallas Chamber of Commerce, IREM and has completed his CCIM coursework. A native of Brazil, Carlos spent 9 years in Boston before relocating to Dallas, Texas in 2007. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. |

Stewart HsuPrincipal & CFOStewart joined the CONTI Organization in 2008 as Principal, where he is responsible for investor relations, overseeing asset management operations and financial modeling & return analysis for potential acquisitions. He also plays a major role in the due diligence process.Stewart attended Washington University in St. Louis and graduated summa cum laude with dual degrees in Finance and Accounting.He has invested and managed multifamily property in Dallas since 2007.He has been an active real estate investor since 2004.He was formerly a Sr. Project Manager for top-tier Silicon Valley technology companies for over 7 years and worked as a consultant for Price Waterhouse.Stewart is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Entrepreneur’s Organization and is pursuing his CCIM designation. Stewart brings energy, dedication and professionalism to CONTI. |

Hans BoxDirector of FinanceAs a CPA licensed in Texas, and with an extensive background in tax and management consulting, Hans gives CONTI unmatched experience and enthusiasm. Hans assists with ensuring the long term financial health of CONTI’s assets through his various duties, which include acquisition due diligence, financial analysis, asset management, project refinancing, and accounting/record keeping process improvement. Prior to joining CONTI, Hans spent 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and two years previously as the CFO of a property management firm. Hans attended Texas A&M University, graduating magna cum laude with a bachelors and masters degree in Accounting. He is also member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants [Dallas Chapter]. |

Drew McOlganOperations ManagerServing as CONTI’s Operations Manager, Drew oversees CONTI’s day to day functions. Responsible for tracking the construction process and draw schedule, overseeing monthly reporting and information gathering, and development and management of CONTI’s internal procedures, Drew ensures the foundation for CONTI’s success is built for the long term. Prior to joining CONTI, Drew’s 13+ years of experience included serving as the National Director of Purchasing for Pinnacle, the National Director of Marketing and Resident Services for BH Management Services, and as an auditor for Lincoln Property Company. His understanding of the multi-family industry is highlighted by his past development of web-based platforms for market surveys, procurement, and procedural manuals, the creation of a sustained customer support service, and the production of national and local marketing initiatives enhancing brand recognition and customer retention. |
