CONTI seeks multifamily investments that meet the following criteria.

| CLASS: | Solid “A” or “B” Class Assets |
| SIZE: | 150+ units or portfolios up to 3,000 units (Texas Only) |
| PRICE: | $10M to $50M |
| AGE: | 80′s or newer construction preferred |
| LOCATIONS: | Dallas-Ft Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin |
